Demonstrates elab2ARC's GitHub connector: logs in, points the DataHUB host at api.github.com, and converts a demo eLabFTW experiment into the disposable test repository xiaoranzhou/elab2arc-github-test. A confirmation screen is shown before anything is written.

This sets the DataHUB host to GitHub for your browser. Use either "Demo Access" button above afterwards to switch back to the official DataHUB.

Quick Start

1In the Home tab, select your eLabFTW Experiment/Resource or enter the corresponding ID. Use commas to separate multiple IDs. Click Submission to fetch entries.

2In the ARCs tab, select the ARC into which the eLabFTW entry should be converted — use an existing ARC with Convert to assay, or Create a new ARC.

3Click Start Conversion to run the elab2ARC conversion.

What the Conversion Does

Creates a new assay folder named after the eLabFTW experiment
Builds the assay folder structure (dataset/, protocols/, isa.assay.xlsx)
Converts the experiment's main text into a Markdown file in the protocol folder
Copies all eLabFTW attachments into the dataset folder
Records the experiment's author name/email/affiliation in the isa.assay sheet
